Bad side: the lady been with company 34 years! This is not a refresher class!
Good side: well she needs to learn
Bad side: if we relearning the old, When our rass going to have the time to learn the new!
Good side: maybe if we fail, they will keep us in our old department
Bad side: they will be writing our rass up!
